Your vivid presence is gone. The bright vibrant color in our lives is now grayer with your absence. Everything we now do and see is weighted with an intense longing for you and disbelief that we can no longer hear your infectious laugh or see your impish smile. You have left an enormous hole in our hearts that we will never fill. You were deprived of such a promising life and the thought renders us disconsolate.
Daniel, your charm, wit, enthusiasm, and depth of spirit touched everyone you met. Being in your sparkling company was invigorating and entertaining. Warmth and kindness glowed brightly from within you. We are grateful for the gift of your presence for the 24 years you shared with us.
Our love for you will never die.
Mom, Dad, and Ashley
