If anyone has any information on the accident or was there can you please explain exactly how it happend here.
Many of us would like to know exactly what went down, as opposed to what the media is reporting.

Being there, I can say that Dan went with a smile on his face. He was in great spirits and was tearing it up out there. He was so happy that day that I remember making note of his exceptional exuberance.
There is currently an investigation underway, so with the best interest of Dan and his family in mind, I can't go into the details. However, I will say that the news reports have been flawed in many ways, and I would urge everyone to take these reports as basic summaries and nothing more. I hope to be able to answer more questions later, but I don't know what more I can say at this point.
Dan we will miss you!
